MILESTONE
1978
PinWee Feeds Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 9 Feb 1978.
Began operation from a factory located in Permatang Pauh on a small scale basis with production capacity of 1,000 metric tones per month.
1985
Established PinWee Farms Sdn Bhd on 30 Dec 1985. The company is involved principally in the farming of broiler.
Embarked on acquiring and developing broiler farms in northern region of Malaysia.
1997
PW Consolidated Bhd was incorporated on 19 Feb 1997.
A modern automated feed mill equipped with fully computerized auto batching system was set up on a 2.377 hectares land in Bukit Minyak Industrial Park.
Production capacity increased to 16,500 metric tones per month.
2000
Group revenue of PW Consolidated Bhd reached RM 100 million.
2002
Successfully listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange Berhad on 3 June 2002.
The group expanded its business to breeder farming.
2004
PW Consolidated Bhd was transfered from the Second Board to the Main Board of the Malaysia Securities Exchange Berhad on 28 Jan 2004.
PW Consolidated Bhd was awarded SMI AIA Achievers Award in SMI Recognition Award Series 2004.
2006
Began to implement closed-house system with automated feeding and drinking system in our broiler and breeder farms.
Major upgrade in feed mill that enable simultaneous production of different feed.
Production capacity of feeds increased to 21,000 metric tones per month.
2007
PinWee Feeds Sdn Bhd was awarded Outstanding Feedmiller Award in the Malaysian Livestock Industry Awards 2007.
2008
The Group’s total turnover exceed RM300 million.
2009
PW Nutri Breeder Farm Sdn Bhd was awarded Outstanding Breeder Farm Award in the Malaysian Livestock Industry Awards 2009.
2012
Construction of a modern layer farm commenced in Pendang, Kedah, marking the Group’s first venture into table egg production.
2013
Layer farm began operation in 2nd quarter of 2013.
2014
Daily output of layer farm reached 380,000 eggs.
2017
PWF Group ventured into poultry processing via acquisition of Syarikat Pemprosesan Jati Mesra Sdn Bhd.
